Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and supervise civil engineering projects including structural, water, and road works.
- Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and cost estimates for projects.
- Evaluate tender documents and support procurement in vendor selection.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Municipality regulations, Civil Defense, and other statutory bodies.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities for permits and approvals.
- Prepare and submit engineering drawings and documents for approvals.
- Manage and resolve technical issues on site.
- Provide technical advice and assist in resolving design and development problems.
- Ensure proper documentation of project plans, changes, and completion certificates.
- Conduct structural analysis and propose cost-effective solutions.
- Monitor material usage and recommend alternatives where necessary.
- Support the sales team with technical inputs for client requirements related to building materials.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- Experience: 3–5 years experience in civil projects or construction
- License: Valid UAE Driving License (Preferred)
- Certifications: Society of Engineers – UAE membership (Preferred)
- Technical Skills: AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, MS Project, and knowledge of UAE Municipality submission requirements
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills

Working Conditions
- Site visits across UAE branches/outlets as required
- Occasional extended hours to meet project deadlines

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
