Location: Faisal Town, F-18 Islamabad

Job Description:

Arazi Associates is seeking a skilled and dedicated Civil Engineer to join our construction team for the landmark project Emirates Mall & Residency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising, managing, and ensuring the highest standards of construction quality, safety, and project execution in line with design and engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Review and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and design plans.

Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers for smooth workflow and timely progress.

Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control procedures.

Estimate quantities, prepare BOQs, and monitor material usage to prevent wastage.

Identify and resolve technical or design-related issues during construction.

Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for material procurement and delivery schedules.

Monitor and maintain records of site activities and labor management.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E/B.Sc Civil).

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in high-rise or commercial building projects preferred.

Skills:

Strong understanding of structural and finishing works.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and related engineering software.

Excellent site management and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Registration: PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) registration preferred.
