Position: Civil Engineer / Facility Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Civil Engineer / Facility Manager to oversee the civil engineering aspects of our properties while managing overall facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Civil Engineering Duties:
• Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of property structures to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Oversee all aspects of construction, renovation, and repair projects, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to address civil engineering challenges and ensure optimal property performance.
• Facility Management Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies focused on preserving the quality and functionality of buildings and grounds.
• Coordinate timely repairs and maintenance, addressing any damages promptly to uphold property standards.
• Monitor facility performance and conditions, managing budgets and reporting on necessary improvements.
• General Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all properties.
• Maintain detailed records of engineering assessments, maintenance activities, and property conditions.
• Communicate effectively with tenants, promptly addressing concerns and providing solutions related to property maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering and facility management.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD400.000 - BD600.000 per month
