Civil Engineer

• With at least 10 yrs of experience the candidate must be responsible for ensuring that all assigned civil engineering activities are carried out within the stipulated man-hour budgets and time schedules
• Should have good hand in Mivan Technology, MEP and in BBS (Bar Bending Scheduling).
• Design various site development projects including commercial and residential plans from concept through construction , ESTIMATE-COSTING , BILLING , BUDGTING ,contractor meetings
• Experience in low or high rise housing project is must.
• conforms to approved designs, drawings, and the scope of work
• Ensure all technical work is undertaken to the correct standards & specifications
• Be responsible for maintaining your own quality and consistency of all civil engineering technical documents
• Assist the civil designers in the preparation of civil and structural drawings
• Review and comment on supplier and other discipline drawings
• Multi project management of various scale
• Well proficient command in last stage Finishing Work of Raw Structure will be a bonus.

Pay: ₹20,617.60 - ₹70,088.06 per month
