seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with strong technical knowledge in building construction and maintenance works. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing on-site execution, quality control, and project supervision while coordinating with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.

• Manage and supervise construction & maintenance projects from start to finish.

• Review and interpret structural designs, drawings, and specifications.

• Plan daily work activities and ensure timely project completion.

• Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality guidelines.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.

• Maintain project documentation, including reports, measurements, and progress updates. • Conduct inspections and ensure corrective actions where required.

• Prepare BOQ, material estimation, and allocate resources effectively.

• Ensure cost control and adherence to project timelines.

• Resolve technical/site issues promptly

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in building construction & maintenance.

• Strong technical knowledge of construction activities, materials, and engineering standards.

• Proficient in project planning, execution, and site supervision.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Excellent communication & leadership skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
