Civil Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer with strong experience in the construction of villas and the ability to manage multiple sites effectively. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring project progress as per timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage multiple construction sites
• Oversee villa construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Monitor project timelines and meet all deadlines
• Resolve site issues and ensure smooth workflow
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in villa construction
• Strong site supervision and project coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
