Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with 4 years of experience to join our construction team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and analyze designs, plans, and blueprints for construction projects.
• Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and deadlines.
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards on-site.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on project status, risks, and solutions.
• Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and resource planning for projects.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations, construction codes, and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction projects, preferably in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar design and project management software.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of UAE building codes and safety regulations is preferred.
