Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure project quality, handle site supervision, and coordinate with contractors, architects, and project teams. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage on-site work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:Site Supervision & Execution

• Supervise construction activities at the site and ensure timely completion of work.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure compliance with project plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, and project teams to ensure smooth site operations.
• Ensure quality control, safety standards, and proper material usage at site.

Planning & Coordination

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients for project-related updates.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain site records, measurements, and daily log entries.
• Prepare BOQs, material requirement plans, and work progress reports.
• Ensure proper documentation for billing and contractor payments.

Quality & Safety

• Ensure work is done as per engineering standards and quality parameters.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with government regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and structural documents.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and site-related tools (as required).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
