Job Vacancy: Civil Engineer – Maintenance Company (Al Ain)

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our maintenance company in Al Ain-Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing site operations as well as handling account-related tasks.

Key Qualifications

• Strong supervisory and safety management skills
• Proven experience in civil works (maintenance & construction)
• Contract administration experience
• Excellent communication, organizational, and technical abilities
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Familiarity with local authority requirements and MEP works
• Ability to manage account-related responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee the full scope of work and supervise subcontractors (MEP & Civil) to ensure project requirements for safety, quality, and schedule are met
• Monitor and inspect materials to ensure compliance with specifications and proper storage/handling
• Report on site progress, resource allocation, challenges, and areas of concern
• Conduct technical and feasibility studies, including site investigations and preparing detailed designs using relevant software
• Review and verify inspection requests
• Identify subcontractor non-compliances and prepare necessary NCRs

Required Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (UAE-attested)
• Relevant professional certifications are an advantage

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
