Paper Shadow is hiring Civil Engineers with 0-5 years experience to join our team for site and office coordination roles. Freshers and interns are welcome to apply.

You should be able to work on different kinds of requirements regarding the project.

Responsibilities include:

• Site management
• Quality management
• Material management
• Labor management

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in site execution and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and surveying tools.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants
• Willingness to learn and travel to sites
