Job Description:

Royallinks is seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with relevant experience in both residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site execution, coordination, and quality control to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for residential and commercial projects
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site engineers
• Monitor material usage and maintain site records
• Ensure quality control, safety standards, and timely completion of work
• Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) and update project status
• Assist in quantity estimation and measurement of work done

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Minimum relevant experience in residential and commercial construction
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management
• Ability to read and understand drawings
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience handling multiple sites
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Willingness to work on-site
