Job Description:

We're seeking a skilled Male Civil Engineer to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling social media clients, responding to inquiries, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

- Handle social media clients, respond to messages, and close deals

- Conduct virtual meetings with clients via Google Meet, Teams, or phone calls as required

- Follow established processes and utilize default messages to ensure efficient communication

- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Utilize AutoCAD software as needed

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering

- Communication skills in English

- Ability to work independently and manage social media clients effectively

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to check and respond to social media messages outside office hours
