Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil works including concrete, steel, finishing, infrastructure, and villa projects

Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications

Prepare and review BOQs, cost breakdowns, and budgets

Analyze tender documents, drawings, and project specifications

Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations

Evaluate and compare vendor and subcontractor pricesPrepare tender submissions, variations, and change orders

Monitor project costs and assist in cost control and forecasting

Support project team with cost-related queries during execution

Maintain estimation records, databases, and historical cost data

Ensure compliance with project scope, contracts, and company standards

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum 3–6 years of experience in costing and estimation (UAE experience preferred)Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and local market rates
