Civil Engineer

Fast Service Electro Mechanical, a sister company of Future Vision operating under one umbrella organization, is hiring a qualified Civil Engineer with UAE experience and a valid Dubai Municipality Certificate. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing site activities independently, handling pressure, and delivering projects accurately within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage civil works at project sites
• Ensure all works comply with Dubai Municipality regulations and standards
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants
• Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines
• Prepare and review drawings, method statements, and site reports
• Ensure materials and workmanship meet approved specifications
• Identify and resolve site issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 3–5 years of UAE experience in a similar role
• Valid Dubai Municipality Certificate (mandatory)
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong personality with the ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
