Site Execution & Supervision

• Execute civil works as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Supervise subcontractors, labor, and site resources for daily construction activities.
• Should be able to set targets and take initiative for achieving the same.
• Should have zeal to learn and take challenging targets.
• Ensure proper layout, leveling, and alignment of structures.
• • Coordinate with planning, procurement, and design teams for material and drawing availability.
  • Monitor daily progress and report deviations to the Project Manager.
  Co-ordinate with customer for various site inspections.

• • Identify and mitigate site-level risks proactively.

    • Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections and approvals.
    • Maintain site documentation including checklists, pour cards, and inspection reports.
    Should have knowledge of relevant IS Code and local codes.
