Civil Engineer

Summary:

The role involves overseeing and coordinating civil works for interior fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines while effectively coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project drawings, specifications, and client requirements related to fit-out works
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, interior designers, and other stakeholders
• Assist in planning and procurement of materials and required resources
• Supervise and inspect all civil works related to fit-out projects, including partitions, raised flooring, false ceilings, finishes, and minor structural modifications
• Monitor daily site progress and prepare regular reports for project managers
• Identify, coordinate, and resolve site-related issues, technical challenges, and conflicts with existing structures

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil works (fit-out experience preferred)
• Arabic language skills preferred
• Valid UAE Driving License
