Civil Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be DM Approved and will have hands-on experience in civil engineering within the construction sector. You will play a key role in designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.

· Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

· Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other professionals.

· Prepare and review project plans, specifications, and contracts.

· Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

· Address issues that may arise during the construction process

• Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all civil work complies with Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations, local building codes, and safety standards.

• Project Oversight:

Supervise and monitor construction progress, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.Collaborate with project managers and sub contractors to ensure smooth project execution and integration of civil engineering designs with other systems.Conduct inspections and site assessments to ensure the highest quality of work, identifying potential issues and resolving them proactively. Prepare and maintain project reports, compliance certificates, and other necessary documentation required by Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities.Ensure that all civil engineering work is carried out with the highest standards of safety and in accordance with health and safety regulations.Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience:
• Proven experience in civil engineering, preferably within the UAE construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and building codes.
• Skills:
• Excellent project management, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to solve complex engineering problems and make decisions quickly.
• Proficient in relevant software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.)
