Civil Engineer

We are seeking young Engineers who are passionate about sustainable development and would like to experiment with new innovative sustainable building technologies.

The ideal candidate should be ready to fully embrace the integrative design approach to high-performance, green buildings. They must also be analytical with the ability to understand and articulate how details fit together in the big picture.

Job responsibilities include:

• Coordinating with architects and consultants and government departments in permits and approval drawings before and during construction.
• Familiar with modern methods of surveying including total station surveys.
• Tracking project deliverables using appropriate tools like MS Project and/or MS Excel etc.
• Scheduling of projects (Right from the start till handing over).
• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements (BOQ).
• Reviewing and analyzing, contracts, budgets, and other documents.
• Interacting and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Safety and Quality control reports, and Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports.
• Reviewing, verifying, and certification of invoices from contractors.

Qualifications and Experience:

• At a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering field.
• 1-2 years of experience in the construction field.
• Proficiency in Auto-cad, Sketch up, or equivalent soft wares
• Experience with third-party certifications such as LEED, GRIHA, and IGBC, is a plus
• Team oriented and can work independently if needed.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ready to travel
• Technical knowledge in the building industry and ability to navigate all aspects of construction documentation
• Passion for sustainability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
