Key ResponsibilitiesCivil Maintenance & Execution

· Carry out preventive, corrective, and breakdown civil maintenance across plant buildings, utilities, warehouses, offices, and external infrastructure.

· Handle maintenance and repair of RCC structures, flooring (epoxy/tiles), roofing, drainage systems, roads, pavements, and boundary walls.

· Execute waterproofing, painting, plastering, masonry, glass fitting, wooden, and renovation works with minimal impact on production operations.

Project, BOQ & Billing Management

· Prepare, review, and verify BOQs for civil works including construction, road works, glass works, painting, and wooden works.

· Supervise execution of civil projects such as modifications, refurbishments, and minor expansions.

· Inspect site work, take measurements, and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.

· Check and certify contractor bills based on actual measurements and work completion.

· Ensure quality, cost control, and timely completion of all civil works.

Contractor Coordination & Compliance

· Coordinate with contractors and vendors for civil maintenance and project execution.

· Ensure all civil activities comply with GMP, EHS, fire safety, and statutory regulations.

· Maintain integrity of GMP and controlled areas during maintenance and modification work.

· Support QA, EHS, and regulatory audits by providing required documentation.

Documentation & Coordination

· Maintain civil maintenance records, BOQs, drawings, layouts, and work completion reports.

· Coordinate with Production, QA, Warehouse, Utilities, and Engineering teams for planned maintenance, shutdowns, and urgent repairs.

Qualifications & Experience

· Diploma / BE / B. Tech in Civil Engineering.

· 3–7 years of experience in civil maintenance or project execution, preferably in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries.

· Knowledge of industrial civil works, BOQ preparation, billing, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

· Familiarity with GMP, safety standards, and audit requirements.
