Civil Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to manage and supervise construction, maintenance, and infrastructure development activities within the school campus. The role involves ensuring safety, quality, compliance, and timely execution of civil works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and oversee civil construction and maintenance works within the school premises.
• Supervise contractors, vendors, and site workers for ongoing projects.
• Ensure all works comply with safety standards, building codes, and statutory regulations.
• Prepare project estimates, BOQs, budgets, and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and ensure completion within approved cost and schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Coordinate with architects, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC teams.
• Handle repair and maintenance of classrooms, playgrounds, hostels, staff quarters, and other facilities.
• Maintain records, drawings, approvals, and project documentation.
• Support management during audits, inspections, and expansions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in institutional / school / campus projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.
• Experience in vendor management and site supervision.

Working Conditions:

• On-site role with regular campus visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
