Civil Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and managing civil engineering projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications, safety standards, and client requirements. Duties

• Develop detailed civil engineering designs using software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, and CAD.
• Manage multiple projects from conception through to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Prepare technical reports, calculations, and specifications for various construction and infrastructure projects.
• Oversee site investigations, surveys, and feasibility studies to inform project planning.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met effectively.
• Conduct system design analysis for infrastructure projects including roads, drainage systems, and utilities.
• Monitor construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Utilise project management tools to track progress, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Ensure all engineering work complies with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Experience

• Proven experience in civil engineering design and project management within a construction or infrastructure environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, CAD software packages.
• Familiarity with system design principles applicable to civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience with construction processes and site supervision is desirable.
• Strong mathematical skills with experience in Mathcad for calculations and analysis.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams while managing multiple priorities effectively.
