Civil Engineer

We are seeking a Dubai Municipality exam–approved Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in G+4 buildings. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, structural coordination, quality control, and compliance with Dubai local authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction of G+4 residential/commercial buildings
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and DM regulations
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and contractors
• Manage RCC works (footings, columns, beams, slabs)
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Ensure quality, safety, and timelines are maintained
• Handle Dubai Municipality inspections and approvals
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and material approvals

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

· Dubai Municipality Exam Approved

· 5+ years’ experience in G+4 or above building projects in Dubai

· Strong knowledge of RCC structures and site execution

· Familiar with Dubai Building Codes, DM regulations, and inspection procedures

· Good coordination and communication skills
