Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Job Description:

We are looking for a Civil Engineer (Site Engineer) with 1–2 years of hands-on site experience to manage and supervise construction activities at project sites. The candidate should be proactive, technically sound, and capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and labour teams
• Monitor material usage, quality, and site progress
• Prepare daily site reports and update work progress
• Assist in quantity estimation and material planning
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality norms
• Attend site meetings and resolve site-related technical issues
• Travel between sites as required (two-wheeler mandatory)

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and materials
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD (preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to work on-site

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer
• A valid two-wheeler license and own bike is mandatory
• Willingness to travel to project sites
• Ability to work under deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Local candidates preferred
• Immediate joiners will be an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
