Civil Engineer

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

Inotec Facilities Management is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have solid UAE experience and the ability to manage projects efficiently from planning to completion.

Key Requirements:

• 3–4 years of proven UAE experience in construction / maintenance / renovation projects
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
• SOE (Society of Engineers – UAE) Registration
• Municipality license/approval experience (any Emirate) is a plus
• Strong understanding of local authority regulations and approval processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Supervise site activities and ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Prepare BOQs, estimations, and material take-offs
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and HSE regulations
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation
• Support tendering and project planning activities when required
