Job summary

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with less than 1 year to 5 years of experience to join our team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for executing and managing civil engineering projects primarily in the road, highways, industrial, and residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Design: Develop detailed plans and designs for construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Construction Supervision: Oversee construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Resource Management: Manage resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project performance and cost-efficiency.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of construction quality are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to on-site, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS-Office, Revit

Key Requirements

• Experience: Fresher - 5 years of experience in civil engineering, particularly in road, highways, industrial, and residential projects.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a relevant field.
• Site-Based Role: Willingness to work on-site and manage projects directly from the field.
