Civil Engineer

Civil Site Engineerwith experience in Concrete Repair & Structural Strengthening having Dubai Municipality Approval (G+1)

• Supervise and execute concrete repair and structural strengthening works at site.
• Ensure all works are carried out as per Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations and approved drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth site execution.
• Conduct site inspections to assess structural defects such as cracks, spalling, corrosion, and structural damage.
• Implement repair methods including, Crack injection, Micro-concreting, Epoxy injection, Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) wrapping, Steel plate bonding, Structural jacketing
• Ensure proper surface preparation, curing, and material application as per method statements.
• Prepare and review method statements, ITPs, risk assessments, and technical submittals.
• Monitor material usage and ensure compliance with approved specifications.
• Maintain daily site reports and progress tracking.
• Coordinate with laboratory for material testing and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and HSE standards.
• Attend site meetings and update project progress to management.
• Manage manpower, site resources, and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure project completion within approved timeline and budget.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of structural repair techniques and strengthening systems.
• Familiar with Dubai Municipality regulations and permit procedures for G+1 buildings.
• Ability to read structural drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge and experience in preparing drawings in Autocad
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving and site management abilities.
