Civil Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and results-driven Civil Engineers with proven Gulf experience to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Gulf construction standards and regulations, along with the ability to manage site operations, coordinate with consultants, and ensure timely project execution while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site activities and construction operations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE/Gulf construction standards, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Ensure work is completed within the approved timeline and budget.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Mandatory Gulf experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Gulf construction standards and regulations.
• Proven experience in site supervision and project coordination.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and engineering software (AutoCAD preferred).
