Civil Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with minimum 2 years of UAE/GCC experience to join our contracting team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on site experience and possess a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare and review BOQs, material submittals, and shop drawings.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Manage manpower and site resources efficiently.
• Assist in project planning, cost control, and material estimation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE or GCC experience in a contracting company.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in residential/commercial building projects.
• Knowledge of local authority regulations and approval processes.
