Civil Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Designer cum Draftsman with a Civil Engineering background to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing 2D drawings, 3D models, and technical drafts for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models for civil and structural projects.

Develop detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical layouts.

Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for design updates.

Review drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.

Modify and revise drawings based on feedback and site conditions.

Assist in quantity take-offs and material estimation when required.

Maintain proper documentation of drawings and revisions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in interior fit-out companies or contracting companies. Freshers with strong technical knowledge and software skills are also encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design software.

Strong understanding of civil and structural drawings.

Good knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in interior design projects (residential, commercial, or fit-out works).

Knowledge of rendering and presentation drawings.

Familiarity with quantity surveying basics is an advantage.
