Civil Engineer

Location: United Arab Emirates
Experience Required: 4–5 Years
License: Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations and procedures. The candidate must have 4–5 years of relevant experience in construction/site supervision and hold a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations and approvals.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Prepare and review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards.
• Manage project schedules and report progress to management.
• Obtain necessary approvals and clearances from relevant authorities.
• Ensure health and safety standards are maintained at site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 4–5 years of UAE construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of DM approval procedures.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
