Civil Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to manage and supervise interior fit-out works, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per design and quality standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities (gypsum, flooring, partitions, ceiling, painting, etc.)
• Review and interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Coordinate with designers, MEP team, and subcontractors
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and client requirements
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control
• Manage materials, manpower, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Handle client and consultant coordination
• Prepare snag lists and ensure proper project handover
