Role Description

This role is for a Civil Engineer with proven experience in shoring and excavation support systems. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing, planning, and managing civil engineering projects, including stormwater management systems and basement construction works.

The candidate must be approved by the Dubai Municipality for projects of at least G+4 and demonstrate strong expertise in shoring systems such as secant piling, sheet piling, and related temporary works.

Key responsibilities include evaluating project feasibility, ensuring compliance with local regulations and authority requirements, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

Qualifications

1. Proficient in civil engineering design, including stormwater management systems
2. Approved by Dubai Municipality (DM) with a minimum G+4 license
3. Demonstrated experience in shoring and excavation support works
4. Strong foundation in civil engineering principles and practices
5. Proven ability to plan and execute efficient project workflows
6. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
7. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
8. Professional Engineer (PE) license is an advantage
9. Familiarity with project management tools and engineering software is a plus
