Civil Engineer

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing multiple construction and development projects
• Overseeing contractors, consultants, and site teams
• Ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and safety standards
• Leading maintenance, refurbishment, and renovation works
• Driving quality, timelines, and cost efficiency across projects

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years of Civil Engineering experience in the UAE
• Experience working with family offices / private business groups (mandatory)
• Strong background in real estate and construction management
• Proven multi-site project management experience
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder coordination skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
