Civil Engineer – Ajman

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage construction activities for commercial and residential projects.
• Prepare project estimations, quantity take-offs, and BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and compliance with UAE construction standards.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and project requirements.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Manage material planning and site resource allocation.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during project execution.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Degree must be at least 5 years old.
• Must hold a valid UAE Society of Engineers Card.
• Minimum UAE construction experience is mandatory.
• Experience in both commercial and residential construction projects is required.
• Strong knowledge of estimation, BOQ preparation, and quantity surveying.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and construction plans.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, Excel, and engineering estimation software.
• Knowledge of Primavera, MS Project, and other construction management software is an advantage.
• Familiarity with UAE municipality regulations and approval procedures.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong communication and site management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
