Civil Engineer – Building, Infrastructure & Fit-Out Projects

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Civil Engineer with strong experience in Building, Infrastructure, and Interior Fit-Out Projects in Qatar. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, supervision, and coordination of site activities while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities for civil and fit-out works
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams
• Review drawings, specifications, and BOQ requirements
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and project standards
• Prepare work progress reports and site documentation
• Manage manpower, materials, and site resources effectively
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control procedures
• Follow project schedules and support timely project completion
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
• Handle project coordination for building maintenance, infrastructure, and interior fit-out activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Building, Infrastructure, and Fit-Out Projects
• GCC/Qatar experience preferred
• Knowledge of construction standards, site execution, and project coordination
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Valid QID with transferable visa preferred
• Qatar Driving license Required
• Immediate Joining
