Civil Engineer

Job Description:

As a Civil Engineer, you will play a critical role in the planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of our real estate developments. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of civil engineering experience in the UAE, particularly within the real estate and property development sectors in UAE. Your expertise will help ensure the smooth execution of projects, from initial design to completion, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and manage real estate development projects including specially villa projects.
• Conduct on-site investigations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with architects, design team, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Supervise the construction process to ensure adherence to designs, safety regulations, and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with all local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Prepare and present project status reports, technical documentation, and cost estimates.
• Solve on-site engineering issues and implement effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE working on civil engineering projects in the real estate development sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, standards, and local authority requirements.
• Strong knowledge of DLD guidelines and regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
• Experience in managing multiple real estate development projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or other relevant project management certifications.
• Experience with large-scale real estate developments, including luxury villas

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
