Civil Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in construction, infrastructure, and site execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage project activities efficiently from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee site execution, inspections, and daily work progress.

Prepare site reports, method statements, and work permits.

Monitor QA/QC compliance, ensuring work meets project standards and safety requirements.

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth site operations.

Review drawings, identify discrepancies, and propose technical solutions.

Assist in project planning, material take-off, and documentation.

Ensure compliance with HSE guidelines, project specifications, and local authority regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

4–6 years of UAE/GCC experience in building construction, infrastructure, or fit-out works.

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and site technical procedures.

Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.

Good communication and coordination skills.
