Full job description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in civil projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be Dubai Municipality (DM) approved and capable of managing site execution, ensuring quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations.
• Ensure all work is executed in compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and project specifications
• Review and interpret structural and civil drawings.
• Perfectsubcontractors when needed
• Review and set pricing
• Prepare Tender documents
• Coordinate with Consultants and Subcontractors
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Ensure quality control, safety standards, and proper documentation on-site
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Manage material approvals, site logistics, and resource allocation
• Liaise with contractors, clients, and authorities for approvals and inspections

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Dubai Municipality (DM) Approval – Mandatory
• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience construction industry
• Familiarity with DM regulations, authority approvals, and permit processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Good project management and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Native/Fluent in Arabic
• Driving Licens is a must
