Civil Engineer

Job description

Deluxe Construction LLC is currently looking to hire an experienced Civil Engineer (Arabic Speaking Only) to join our team in Dubai

1. Manage, coordinate and supervise construction projects from development to completion.

2. Provide comprehensive day-to-day field supervision at the site to ensure all construction is performed to quality standards in compliance with design specifications, drawings, budget, and schedule.

3. Coordinate and optimize the arrangement of daily activities for construction crews and external subcontractors to minimize lost productivity time

4. Track project costs in order to meet budget

5. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

6. Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables

Qualifications for Civil Engineer

• At least 3-5 years of UAE Experience (MUST)
• Strong knowledge of Construction methods, materials, and regulations in Dubai.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and implement timely solutions.

Education:

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
