Job Summary

Greenscapes LLC is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in façade systems and site construction works to join our team for a major project in Libya. The successful candidate will oversee site activities, coordinate façade installation works, ensure compliance with project specifications, and support the timely delivery of construction milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate façade installation and related civil works on site.
• Review construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is executed according to approved plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards.
• Verify measurements, quantities, and completed works for progress reporting.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities and project records.
• Assist in material inspections and quality control procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects.
• Proven experience in façade systems, including curtain walls, cladding, glazing systems, aluminum works, or architectural façade installations.
• Strong site supervision and project coordination experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and construction safety standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Libya.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with high-rise buildings, commercial developments, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with façade testing, installation methodologies, and material specifications.
• Previous international project experience is an advantage.
