Civil Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team for warehouse construction and industrial projects in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have hands-on UAE experience in warehouse construction, project management, site supervision, and authority approvals.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in warehouse and industrial building projects.
• Strong knowledge of Sharjah Municipality regulations, approvals, and construction standards.
• Experience in project planning, execution, site supervision, and contractor coordination.
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and engineering software.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse construction projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.
• Prepare reports, drawings, and project documentation.

Preferred:

• UAE Driving License.
• Experience with Sharjah warehouse approvals and industrial developments.
