Job Title: Civil Engineer (Arabic-speaking - Female)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Female Civil Engineer (Arabic Speaking) with 2–3 years of UAE experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and material coordination.
• Liaise with clients and authorities in Arabic and English when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–3 years of UAE experience in building construction projects.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and UAE regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage
