Salary Range: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Costing & Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates and project budgets based on project requirements and specifications.
• Site Evaluation: Conduct site evaluations, assess site conditions, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Certification of Work: Ensure all work completed is certified according to company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Project Management: Oversee and manage ongoing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project status, progress, and any issues that may arise, and present them to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3 years of experience in civil engineering roles with a focus on costing, estimation, site evaluation, and project management.
• Strong understanding of construction and engineering principles.
• Proficient in engineering software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Knowledge of safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
