AL DARWISH BUILDING CONTRACTING L.L.C – Abu Dhabi Branch is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer holding a valid Abu Dhabi Municipality / DMT Engineer Registration for our Abu Dhabi branch operations & Site Execution together.

Preferred Requirements:

• Valid Abu Dhabi Municipality / DMT Engineer Registration
• UAE experience in building contracting projects
• Familiarity with TAMM, municipality procedures, engineering approvals, and documentation processes
• Experience in contractor-side project coordination and technical support
• Good understanding of Abu Dhabi all-authorities ( ADM/ DMT / ADCD/ ADDC) compliance and branch operational requirements
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• planning & executing all site activities ( strong site execution skill mandatory ) in coordination with HO project team ( Dubai )

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Abu Dhabi branch engineering and municipality compliance requirements
• Support trade license–related engineering requirements, approvals, renewals, and associated documentation processes as applicable
• Coordinate and follow up with relevant Abu Dhabi authorities, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Assist in engineering submissions, approvals, technical documentation, and renewal procedures
• Monitor and coordinate Abu Dhabi region project activities from initiation stage through execution up to final handover
• Coordinate closely with Head Office operations in Dubai for project execution, reporting, and management support
• Attend weekly online coordination meetings and physical meetings at Dubai Head Office whenever required
• Support overall branch operational and project requirements within Abu Dhabi region

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
