Civil Engineer (Arabic Speaker)

We are currently looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Dubai, UAE.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in civil engineering.
• Must be classified/approved by Dubai Municipality.
• Strong experience in construction of residential or commercial buildings exceeding 4 floors within Dubai Emirate.
• Excellent knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, construction standards, and authority approvals.
• Ability to manage site activities, supervise contractors, and ensure project completion within timelines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Valid UAE experience in building construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and engineering/project management software.
• Ability to prepare technical reports, project documentation, and site progress reports.

UAE driving license is preferred
