Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil engineering projects, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As a Civil Engineer at Pioneer Engineering Consultancy, you will be involved in a variety of projects, from infrastructure development to residential and commercial construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and oversee construction projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, codes, and safety standards.
• Conduct site assessments and surveys to gather data for project planning.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports, drawings, and documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering professionals to ensure project success.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Address and resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record of successful project management.
• Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
