• Job Summary**:
• We are looking for a dynamic and experienced **Civil Engineer or Architect** with a strong background in **high-rise residential and commercial building projects**. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in **project estimation, planning, and AutoCAD drafting**, and must be able to independently manage technical aspects of high-rise construction.

• ### **Key Responsibilities**:
• * Prepare accurate **project cost estimates**, BOQs, and material requirement sheets for **high-rise buildings**.
• * Develop and track **project schedules**, timelines, and progress reports using MS Project/Primavera (preferred).
• * Create, modify, and review **architectural and structural drawings** in **AutoCAD**.
• * Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and local authorities.
• * Conduct **site visits** to verify progress and ensure adherence to drawings and safety standards.
• * Assist in tender preparation and quantity surveying.
• * Maintain detailed project documentation and assist in preparing as-built drawings.
• * Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental and safety regulations.

• * Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, MS Excel, and project planning tools.
