Role Overview

The Civil Engineer (Building project) will be responsible for designing, planning, and optimizing Building infrastructure, and facility development. This role requires expertise in Building architecture, structural planning, and coordination with multiple departments to ensure efficient production workflow and compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop plant layouts, infrastructure, and architectural plans for industrial facilities.
• Ensure effective space utilization, workflow optimization, and safety compliance in plant design.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and management teams to align architectural planning with operational needs.
• Supervise construction, renovation, and facility expansion projects within the plant.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements in plant infrastructure for efficiency and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety regulations in plant architecture and design.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and consultants for project execution and material sourcing.
• Prepare technical drawings, cost estimates, and project schedules.
• Oversee maintenance and structural integrity of plant facilities.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in plant architecture, industrial design, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of plant layout planning, industrial safety norms, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
• Experience in managing large-scale industrial projects.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
