Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to manage and supervise building and villa construction projects across UAE and Ethiopia operations. The role involves project execution, site supervision, quality control, contractor coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities for building and villa projects.
• Review structural, architectural, and MEP drawings and ensure proper site execution.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
• Ensure construction works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify technical issues on-site and provide engineering solutions.
• Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and technical submissions.
• Review BOQs, material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project procedures.
• Coordinate with local authorities and ensure compliance with relevant construction regulations in UAE and Ethiopia.
• Support project planning, cost control, and timely project handover.

Skills & Competencies Required

• Strong knowledge of building construction, villa projects, structural works, and finishing activities.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of project planning, execution, and quality control.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and project reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple project activities and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in building and villa construction projects (UAE experience preferred).
• Experience in site execution, project coordination, and contractor management is mandatory.
• Knowledge of UAE authority standards (DM, DDA, DEWA, DCD); international project exposure is an advantage.
