Civil Engineer (Cairo)

Probuilder is seeking an experienced and dynamic Civil Engineer with a solid background in construction to lead and manage our building projects. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of experience in the construction and contracting industry, with a strong track record of successfully managing technical teams and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee construction plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to manage project milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and performance using engineering management tools and techniques.
• Identify potential delays or risks and implement corrective measures.
• Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for management and clients.
• Lead engineering meetings and ensure effective communication across all project phases.
• Contribute to resource planning and cost control strategies.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering and managing construction projects.
• Strong background in construction and contracting environments.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
